Inbound experiences
Section titled “Inbound experiences”- IVR + smart routing: Greet callers, collect intent, route to AI, live agents, or voicemail based on business hours and priority.
- Web call + chat: Offer a web-call button and web chat widget on key pages to capture leads while intent is highest.
- Context handoff: Pass transcripts and captured fields to human agents so they continue exactly where the AI stopped.
Outbound voice
Section titled “Outbound voice”- Upload a contact list (CSV/CRM export) with consent flags and target time windows.
- Choose pacing (parallel calls), retry logic, voicemail handling, and success criteria (connect, qualified, booked).
- Personalize scripts with merge fields (name, offer, renewal date) and log every outcome back to your CRM or webhook.
WhatsApp and follow-ups
Section titled “WhatsApp and follow-ups”- Send approved templates for reminders, payment nudges, or drip campaigns with interactive replies.
- Branch follow-ups automatically based on replies, call outcomes, or CRM status changes.
- Mix channels: start with a call, fall back to WhatsApp/SMS if missed, and re-attempt during open hours.
Measurement
Section titled “Measurement”- Track pickup rate, completion rate, lead qualification, bookings, and CSAT.
- Compare agent versions and scripts with A/B experiments before rolling changes to 100%.
- Export performance to BI tools or push daily summaries to Slack/Email.
