Channels to connect
Section titled “Channels to connect”- Voice & phone: Map an existing number or SIP trunk for inbound IVR and outbound dialing. Enable call recording if required by your compliance team.
- Web call: Drop the web-call widget script on your site to let visitors start voice calls from the browser without sharing their number.
- Web chat: Embed the chat launcher to capture leads, triage support, and hand off to a human inbox when needed.
- WhatsApp: Register a WhatsApp Business sender or connect an approved provider to send templates, receive messages, and manage opt-ins.
Authentication & webhooks
Section titled “Authentication & webhooks”- Create an API key for server-to-server calls and store it securely.
- Configure inbound webhooks for lead creation, conversation updates, and escalation events (call connected, voicemail left, chat transferred).
- Provide outbound webhooks/URLs for posting structured outcomes to your CRM, ticketing system, or spreadsheet.
CRM and calendar plumbing
Section titled “CRM and calendar plumbing”- Map lead fields to your CRM (account, contact, opportunity) or marketing automation platform.
- Connect a calendar provider for scheduling callbacks or demos directly from calls and chats.
- Enable duplicate detection rules so repeated callers or chatters append to the same record.
Deployment checklist
Section titled “Deployment checklist”- Number/line verified and reachable from your target regions.
- WhatsApp templates approved for the journeys you plan to automate.
- Web call/chat widgets tested on staging and production origins.
- Webhooks returning a 2xx response with auth headers in place.
